Vice President Commercial Development

• Responsible for all commercial development activities with Kennecott Land. This includes oversight of the planning and development of the office, retail, industrial and multi-family projects at Daybreak. Additionally, he handles commercial land sales and joint venture transactions on behalf of the Company.
• Joined Kennecott Land in July 2005.
• Prior to joining Kennecott Land, he spent 6 years with the St. Joe Company, Florida’s largest real estate development company. He handled commercial investment and development projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
• 15 years of real estate experience including development, acquisitions and portfolio operations.
• Board member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
