• Joined Kennecott Land in April 2005.
• Responsible for leading the community development team for Daybreak, including market research, planning and design, entitlement, infrastructure engineering and construction, lot sales, consumer marketing and community association governance.
• More than 17 years experience in planned community development, having held a variety of sales, marketing and operations roles with major land developers in both Utah and Southern California.
• Currently serving as President of the Salt Lake Homebuilders Association, Treasurer of the Utah Property Rights Coalition, Board Member of Salt Lake Habitat for Humanity and ULI member.
